What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians
• Lead creative recruitment and outreach campaigns that showcase the TRA story
• Act as a liaison between TRA and prospective physicians
• Represent TRA at events, conferences, and community engagement
• Track your outreach efforts, measure results, and share insights with leadership
• Stay ahead of market trends and help shape TRA’s growth strategy

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in physician relations, business development, or healthcare sales.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, physician practices, and referral processes.
• A self-starter mindset with strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
