Job Summary

Location: Pathanapuram, Kollam

We are looking for a qualified, self motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist (BPT/MPT) to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about evidence-based practice and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred holistic care. You will work with patients across various specialities, using manual therapy and advanced therapeutic techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments using standardized tools and diagnostic methods
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and clinical needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and—where qualified—specialized techniques such as dry needling, cupping, and taping
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate closely with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment protocols to achieve optimal recovery outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all clinical practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development, clinical audits, and skill enhancement workshops
• Participate in patient education programs, awareness sessions, and promotional health campaigns conducted by Rehabi Health.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Clinical experience with 1 years in a clinic or a hospital setup will an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
