A physiotherapist assesses, diagnoses, and treats physical impairments and movement dysfunctions to improve mobility and quality of life. Key duties include developing individualized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and education; administering specialized techniques like massage and electrotherapy; and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery from injury, chronic conditions, or disability. Core Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, identify pain and movement issues, and determine the best course of treatment.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans that outline goals and expected outcomes.
  • Manual Therapy: Performing massages, joint manipulation, and stretching.
  • Therapeutic Exercise: Designing and leading exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
  • Education and Advice: Teaching patients about their condition, exercises, healthy lifestyle choices, and preventative measures.
  • Specialist Techniques: Applying techniques such as electrotherapy, ultrasound, and hydrotherapy.
  • Patient Education: Empower patients by providing information and guidance on their treatment and home-based exercises to promote recovery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, up-to-date patient records and write reports on patient progress.
  • Collaboration: Work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest advancements and techniques in the field of physiotherapy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
