Picker - Warehouse Merchandiser

JOB INTRODUCTION
Welcome to G4S! We are looking for a Picker for our Facility Management business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are effectively selected, identified and dispatched for delivery.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Locate items using bin codes and verify details to ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Scan items to update inventory records and perform quality checks (e.g., no damage, correct expiration date).
• Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Organize and stage picked items into totes or trolleys for transfer to the Packing/Sortation area.
• Ensure orders are completed by dispatch cut-off times and maintain 5S cleanliness standards in the work aisles.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma preferred;
• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment;
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Skills: Basic English proficiency, ability to stand for extended periods (10–12 hours), and capacity to lift up to 15 kg.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
