Key Responsibilities:

  • Process system data and generate daily pickup tasks; review and assign them to the dispatch team.
  • Coordinate with drivers or the dispatch team to dynamically adjust pickup plans (e.g., expedited, canceled, or address changes).
  • Handle customer pickup requests via phone or email, schedule pickup times, and confirm parcel details.
  • Assign pickup tasks to drivers based on daily schedules, driver shifts, vehicle status, and geographic information.
  • Monitor the execution of pickup tasks and adjust dispatch plans in real time according to actual conditions (e.g., traffic, emergencies).
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient allocation of vehicle resources and promptly address issues such as vehicle breakdowns or driver absences.
  • Maintain close communication with drivers, relay task updates in a timely manner, and resolve issues encountered during pickups to ensure clear understanding and execution of tasks.
  • Track pickup exceptions (e.g., delays, missed pickups), coordinate with customers and internal/external teams to drive resolution and ensure service completion.
  • Record and analyze recurring issues, and propose optimization suggestions.
  • Proactively monitor pickup progress and generate daily pickup reports, including task completion status and exception handling results.
  • Regularly summarize lessons learned from dispatch operations, propose improvements, and optimize dispatch processes.
  • Monitor driver schedules and maintain vehicle registration records, including but not limited to vehicle model and leasing source.
  • Manage fleet-related tasks such as procurement of vehicle consumables and tiered fleet management.
  • Address customized customer needs, conduct field visits to meet with local clients, and confirm pickup details such as time and location.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools for data processing and analysis e.g., Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Dispatch, Drivers, Warehouse, Customer Service) to ensure efficient and seamless pickup operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette; prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment, practical automotive knowledge, or programming experience are significant pluses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
