Piling Design Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Piling Design Engineer, located in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Piling Design Engineer will develop detailed designs for piling and foundation systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Responsibilities include conducting site assessments, analyzing soil and structural data, creating technical reports, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring all designs are cost-effective and meet safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in structural and geotechnical engineering principles, including soil mechanics and foundation engineering
• Experience with design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and technical reporting capabilities
• Familiarity with local and international design codes and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional certification or licensure in engineering is a plus
• Previous experience in piling and foundation design is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
