Position: Piling Machine Operator Location: On-site

Job Description The Piling Machine Operator will be responsible for the safe and precise operation of a piling machine for various on-site tasks, including driving piles and foundations for solar and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with this type of equipment and a steadfast commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the piling machine to drive poles, piles, and other structural elements into the ground according to project specifications.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on the piling machine.
• Troubleshoot and address minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Strictly follow all on-site safety protocols and company regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the site team and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Accurately maintain logs of daily progress and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Piling Machine Operator or in a similar heavy machinery role (e.g., pile driver).
• Valid certification or license for operating piling machines or related equipment.
• A strong understanding of construction and site safety procedures.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions.
