Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our growing kitchen team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing high-quality pizzas, excellent knowledge of dough preparation, and the ability to work efficiently during peak service hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards
• Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings daily
• Operate pizza ovens
• Ensure food presentation meets brand standards
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste
• Assist in kitchen cleaning and organization
• Support team members during busy periods

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Pizza Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza preparation techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
