Job description:

• Overall responsible for the functions of planning Procedure to be meet as per company std .
• Responsible for the prepare the shipment pre planning and calendar and take approval from sr manager operations and summit to marketing department .
• Foundry order status to be prepare on every month 25th and summit within two days to Purchase department after approval from Management .
• Overall responsible for material control by maintaining inventory at optimum level, without affecting customer service level & keeping low inventory cost.
• Responsible for the effective action on the problematic area to avoid the delay in shipment , also raised the delay letter and take approval , summit to communicate to customer .
• Responsible for timely response to marketing department on customer urgency and feed back
• Giving priority letters to critical vendors and ensuring the casting fulfillment to machining suppliers.
• Evaluation of machining supplier’s performance on a periodic basis and highlight to management .
• Responsible for monitoring the tooling, gauges, drawings with the suppliers and report periodically
• Responsible for coordination with all the departments in execution of planned shipments.
• Calculate Shipment Performance on monthly basis & take Corrective actions accordingly to improve the poor deliveries.
• Assisting Supply chain team in Identification requirement of machining suppliers.
• Periodically assess the risks associated with department affecting, deliveries to customers, shipment and take actions on it and update the status to upper management on timely basis.
• Responsible for fully complying with departmental objectives and procedures, work instructions etc., as established in QMS.
• Responsible for training and subordinate development in the departmental employees and identify cross functional training on regular basis.

Note:-

Background should be Foundry & Machining process.

Preferably in the Valves & Pump industry.

Skills:

· Should know the planning process .

· Should know the machining process knowledge

· Should know the ERP system

· Should have knowledge about the product .

· Should know the basis knowledge of foundry process

· Should have knowledge of inventory program .

· Should have knowledge of despatch and packing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
