Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Planning and Control Engineer to join our team. The role involves planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling engineering and construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing remote work while attending key meetings and site visits near Nagercoil.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project timelines.

· Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery plans to mitigate delays.

· Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

· Support project cost control by tracking budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.

· Participate in project planning meetings and provide inputs on resource allocation and risks.

· Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.

· Assist in preparing project execution plans and monitoring key milestones.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

· 3–8 years of experience in project planning and control, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects.

· Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.

· Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

· Experience in project cost control and reporting.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
