Responsibilities and Authorities:

- Coordinating the planning & scheduling needs of the project with the respective Project Managers in a matrix form of organization.

- Finalization of project baseline schedule with co-ordination of internal management and Project Consultants.

- Assisting the contract dept. and project manager in the preparation of time/cost claims.

- Involvement in the preparation of projects schedules and histogram proposals for tender bids.

- Attending the internal and external meetings relevant to planning and scheduling issues.

- Preparation of executive project progress reports to management.

- Oversee the preparation of costing and budgeting for projects.

- Demonstration of entitlement to EOT (Extension of Time) as a result of delays / disruption.

- Preparation in anticipation for the statement to Contract claims advice regarding retrospective analysis for EOT, Prolongation Costs, Work disruption, Program Critiques and Delay Analysis.

- Follow up the projects progress and highlight to the management the reasons for the delay and the required mitigation plan.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

- Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
