Planning Engineer

We are hiring a skilled Planning Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering, preferred experience in piling, ground improvement, and geotechnical works. The successful candidate will play a critical role in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination for large-scale infrastructure and foundation project.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Coordinate with project teams (site, design, procurement, subcontractors) to align timelines and activities
• Develop baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules
• Monitor project progress, identify variances, and propose corrective actions
• Participate in client meetings and provide project performance updates
• Conduct delay analysis, support in EOT claims, and maintain proper documentation
• Work closely with planning and technical teams to ensure timely execution of piling and ground engineering works
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards, HSE guidelines, and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Preferred experience in piling, shoring, soil stabilization, and geotechnical systems
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel
• Familiar with contract conditions and UAE construction practices
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
• UAE Driving License is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / PSP / AACE certification (preferred)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or BIM is a plus
• Experience with marine works, or deep foundation systems is an added advantage
