Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our reputable Construction Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
• Prepare progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
• Implement effective planning strategies to optimize project delivery.
• Implement extension of time claims and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the UAE construction industry.
• Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Office, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Proficiency in industry-standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Must be an Arabic Speaker with Proficiency in English.
