Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our Engineering & Projects team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and fabrication disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain baseline and updated project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Develop 2–4 week look-ahead plans, track critical paths, and generate S-curves and resource plans
• Monitor progress and variances, propose recovery actions, and support EOT/delay documentation
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Site teams for accurate progress reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in project planning (preferably in structural steel or EPC projects)
• Strong skills in Primavera P6 and MS Excel; working knowledge of MS Project
• Ability to read drawings/BOQs and understand fabrication workflows
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
