Planning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in civil finishing and fit out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones using Primavera (P6) or MS Project. • Monitor and track project progress against planned schedules. • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence. • Analyze delays, identify risks, and propose recovery plans. • Prepare periodic progress reports for management and clients. • Support project teams in resource allocation and cost forecasting. • Ensure alignment between project timelines, budget, and scope. • Ability to prepare extension of time using time impact analysis/window analysis. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Minimum 4+ years of relevant planning experience in civil/fit-out projects within the Gulf region. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project. • Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills. • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. • Must be currently residing in the UAE.
