Planning Engineer

Al Qassim Aluminium and Glass is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support the planning and scheduling of aluminum, glazing, and façade projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Assist in developing baseline programs and look-ahead schedules
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with site, fabrication, and design teams
• Track manpower, materials, and fabrication activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Support project coordination meetings and planning activities
• Assist with delay analysis and reporting as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline)
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Basic understanding of construction and façade works
• Good skills in MS Excel and reporting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,600.00 per month
