Planning Engineer

Study and understand machine design drawings received from the Design Department.
Identify all parts and components involved in the machine assembly.
Analyze which components are to be manufactured in-house and which are to be procured from vendors.
Prepare detailed part-wise planning list and material requirement plan.
Map components with approved vendors based on past records and availability.
Coordinate with Purchase department for vendor selection and material follow-up.
Prepare and release production planning schedule based on machine priority and delivery commitment.
Ensure timely availability of bought-out and manufactured parts.
Monitor production progress and update management regularly.
Maintain BOM tracking, material status reports, and planning MIS.
Identify delays or bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Stores for inward and material allocation.
Support dispatch planning as per committed timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
