Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 3–6 Years Experience (UAE Experience mandatory)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity optimization. The ideal candidate will analyze manpower requirements, forecast staffing needs and ensure optimal utilization across projects/operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manpower plans based on project/production requirements
• Forecast workforce needs and prepare deployment schedules
• Monitor productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with HR and department heads for recruitment planning
• Analyze workforce data and generate MIS reports
• Support budgeting and resource optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Civil or related field)
• 3–6 years of experience in manpower/workforce planning
• Strong analytical and Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in project-based or manufacturing environments preferred
• Good coordination and reporting skills
