Responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution. They analyze project timelines, resource allocation, and progress to identify potential risks and delays. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with the project team to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management on milestones, delays, and any necessary corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and any other relevant project details.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.
  • Change Management: Manage and incorporate changes to the project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that changes are documented and communicated effectively.

Requirements - Should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and a valid driver's license. Experience in project management or engineering is crucial, with most employers preferring candidates with at least three to five years of experience
