We’re Hiring: Planning Engineer (Civil)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (Onsite -Full-Time | 3:00 - 12:00am aligned with US working hours)

We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of construction projects aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for accurate planning
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Prepare progress reports and highlight potential risks/delays
• Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with US construction codes, standards, and client requirements
• Support in developing strategies to optimize project delivery

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience: 4-6 years in project planning (US/GCC experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, sequencing & resource management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure in night shift operations

Preferred Skills:

✔ Knowledge of cost control & earned value management (EVM)

✔ Experience with US construction standards and reporting formats

✔ Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
