Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our Aluminum & Façade division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs for façade and aluminum systems. This role demands strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and effective coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for façade and aluminum works.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and cost comparison analysis.
• Monitor and update project progress using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and site execution teams to maintain alignment across all project stages.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations, progress certifications, and variation claims.
• Prepare cost reports, progress claims, forecasts, and cash flow projections for management and client review.
• Support project control functions, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Identify potential delays, risks, or cost overruns and recommend corrective measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Aluminum & Façade projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and façade systems.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• UAE experience and familiarity with local market pricing preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
