Planning Engineer ( civil )

We are seeking to hire a highly skilled Planning Engineer (CIVIL) with proven experience in construction projects within the UAE (minimum 3 - 5 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and ensure alignment with the approved baseline schedule.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-Curves, and Cash Flow projections.
• Analyze delays, identify critical issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate planning and smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing claims, extension of time submissions, and delay analyses.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE within the construction/contracting sector.
• Good knowledge of project planning standards and methodologies in the UAE market.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate outputs on time.
