Planning Engineer (EPC/ EPCM projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules (Level I–IV) in Primavera P6.

• Track progress, update schedules, and perform critical path/float analysis.

• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.

• Conduct earned value and schedule variance analysis.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for updates.

• Support change management, time impact analysis, and EOT claims.

• Integrate schedules with cost control and assess schedule risks.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8–12 years//' planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project planning techniques.

• Experience with resource- and cost-loaded schedules.

• Strong knowledge of EPC lifecycle and WBS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor//'s in Engineering.

• PMP or equivalent certification (advantageous).

• Experience with Primavera Unifier.

• Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
