Planning Engineer Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer / Executive to support project planning and execution for LV & MV switchgear panel projects. The role involves preparing schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for LV & MV switchgear panel projects (PCC, MCC, VFD, APFC, RMU, etc.).
• Monitor project milestones, track progress, and update schedules regularly.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, design, and site teams to ensure resource availability and timely execution.

Coordination & Communication:

• Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and clients for planning-related activities.
• Assist Project Managers in reviewing project timelines and identifying bottlenecks.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and highlight deviations from plan.

Resource & Material Management:

• Track material and component availability to prevent delays in production and site activities.
• Collaborate with stores and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required items.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of project schedules, delays, and resource allocations.
• Generate performance reports, Gantt charts, and dashboards for management review.
• Support project teams in planning for commissioning and site execution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze project delays and propose solutions to optimize workflow.
• Suggest improvements in planning processes and systems for efficient execution.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Switchgear LV & MV Panel execution: 4 years (Preferred)
