Job Vacancy – Planning Engineer (Female)

Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Planning Engineer (Female) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using appropriate planning tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of works.
• Analyze project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum [number] years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent planning software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Tagalog is an advantage.
• Female candidates only.
