Planning Engineer - Real Estate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of high-rise real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project / Primavera (P6).
• Prepare baseline programs, track progress, and update schedules regularly.
• Monitor project timelines, resources, and budget utilization to ensure alignment with approved plans.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement Teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Analyze project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management review.
• Assist in project forecasting, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation plans.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor schedules to align with project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Support in project handover documentation and post-project analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of real estate / high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,977.09 - ₹50,669.91 per month
