Planning Engineer (Real Estate)

The Planning Engineer is responsible for managing project schedules, resources, and progress for high-rise building construction. They ensure the project stays on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordination: Work with architects, contractors, and suppliers to align schedules and resources.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and report regularly to management.
• Resource Management: Manage labor, materials, and machinery allocation to meet deadlines.
• Risk Management: Identify and address project delays or issues proactively.
• Budget Support: Assist in tracking project costs and staying within budget.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years in planning, preferably with high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Skills: Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, Primavera P6 Certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
