Job Title: Planning Engineer – Heavy Steel Fabrication
Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 500 – OMR 800 (Based on Experience)

We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer for a leading Heavy Steel Fabrication company in Oman.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 7 – 15 years in Heavy Steel Fabrication industry
• Strong knowledge in production planning, scheduling & project coordination
• Experience in structural steel fabrication projects
• Proficiency in planning software (Primavera / MS Project)
• Ability to coordinate with production, procurement & project teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor progress
• Coordinate fabrication timelines with production teams
• Track material availability and ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
• Identify delays and suggest corrective actions
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in heavy structural steel fabrication projects
