Planning Manager

A Planning Manager :

contracting company in Dubai. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Dubai, with strong expertise in project scheduling using Primavera P6, delay analysis, and leading planning teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Planning Department and supervise the team of planners.

• Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and prepare periodic performance reports.

• Prepare delay analysis reports and time‑related claims (Delay Analysis & Claims).

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and consultants.

• Develop planning policies and procedures and enhance internal monitoring systems.

• Assess schedule‑related risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Participate in client meetings and deliver advanced technical presentations.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of planning experience within contracting companies in Dubai (mandatory).

• Proven experience in managing planning teams and overseeing multiple projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai authorities’ procedures (Dubai Municipality, RTA, Trakhees, etc.).

• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
