Planning Manager – High-Rise BuildingProfile Summary

Planning Manager with extensive experience managing planning and scheduling for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects. Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlanning Leadership & Strategy

• Lead planning and scheduling activities for high-rise building projects
• Develop project execution strategies, master programs, and baseline schedules
• Manage and mentor planning engineers and planners

Programme Development & Control

• Prepare and maintain detailed construction, procurement, and handover programs
• Develop recovery and acceleration programs when required
• Monitor critical path, milestones, and float management

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Oversee schedule updates using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves
• Present planning status to project management and senior stakeholders

Delay Analysis & Claims Support

• Perform and review delay analysis (EOT, window analysis, time impact analysis)
• Lead preparation and review of Extension of Time submissions
• Support claims related to delay, disruption, and acceleration

Coordination & Integration

• Coordinate planning inputs with construction, QA/QC, procurement, MEP, and commercial teams
• Monitor long-lead items such as façade systems, elevators, major MEP equipment
• Align construction sequencing with high-rise logistics and safety requirements

High-Rise Building Expertise

• Planning of deep basements, podiums, tower superstructure, and vertical core systems
• Floor-by-floor sequencing and phased handover planning
• Integration of structure, façade, MEP, and finishing works
