
- Develop and manage detailed project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Prepare master construction programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules based on site inputs and actual progress.
- Identify delays, critical activities, and potential risks impacting project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams for schedule alignment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Support project teams in resource planning and productivity tracking.
- Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with master program.
- Assist in preparation of project baseline submissions and client approvals.
- Monitor milestones and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide planning updates.
- Support claims preparation, EOT (Extension of Time) analysis, and delay studies when required.
- Maintain updated project records, progress logs, and planning documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, contractual requirements, and reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7–12 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Strong experience in UAE construction projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project execution.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of delay analysis, EOT claims, and construction contracts (FIDIC preferred).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
