Planning Manager | Bridges and Underpasses

A Recent RTA Infrastructure project experience is needed

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain the overall project schedule in compliance with RTA standards and procedures.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure proper planning, monitoring, and control of project activities.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and EOT (Extension of Time) claims.

Ensure adherence to RTA codes and standards (such as RTA-CPO, DOR, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, DU, and other authorities).

Manage planning and coordination for multi-utility diversions and interface works.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 10–15 years of planning experience in infrastructure and road projects, preferably within the UAE.

Experience working with major Dubai authorities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, and DU.

Previous experience with main contractors handling RTA infrastructure projects
