Planning & Reporting Manager

IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Planning & Reporting Manager to manage planning, scheduling, and reporting activities for our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Planning & Reporting Manager, managing project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting on large-scale infrastructure works.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges, utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules that ensure all tasks are tracked and milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using Primavera P6 and other data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to baseline or revised schedules.
• Preparation of detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and adjust recovery schedules as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Lead the risk management process by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
