Your Profile – What do You bring as Planning Specialist?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Min. 2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related area
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (PP/MM modules preferred)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Your Tasks – What You can expect as
Planning Specialist?

  • Coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments based on the production schedule
  • Support the scheduling of production orders to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
  • Maintain and update production data in the PPS system, including master data entries
  • Assist in analyzing plant capacity and converting demand forecasts into daily/weekly production plans
  • Prepare and update production reports; monitor and report schedule adherence
  • Review production schedules and suggest adjustments as needed
  • Help identify and reduce slow-moving or obsolete inventory items
  • Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to resolve material shortages and scheduling issues
  • Participate in inventory planning and support physical inventory audits
