Ensure smooth functioning of the production equipment.

Ensure all Electrical Safety guidelines are imposed accordingly.

Online troubleshooting of Programmable Logic controls.

Modifications of controls whenever needed.

Programming, calibration of all Electrical/ Electronic components and instruments.

Documenting all software modification both hardware and software.

Compiling all monthly preventive maintenance jobs.

Assigning jobs for other electrical technicians

Maintain high performance of all equipment and machineries abiding with the safety programs and policy of the company

Gathers and analyses data to provide information towards making short term operational decisions of the department
-
Provides training and support to other electrical technicians
- Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement
