Plant Helper

We are looking for a dedicated Plant Helper to support our batching plant maintenance operations in Fujairah. The role involves assisting mechanics and supervisors with day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support mechanics in routine maintenance and repair activities.
• Handle and organize materials, tools, and supplies required for batching plant operations.
• Perform general duties such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of plant equipment.
• Monitor plant equipment and promptly report issues to supervisors.
• Transport tools and spare parts within the plant area.
• Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a batching plant, construction site, or maintenance environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Plant-based role with routine exposure to machinery and construction environment.
• Requires physical stamina and adherence to strict safety standards.
• May involve overtime or shift work depending on operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
