Equal Remuneration Act, 1976

Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970

Contractor licensing & registration

Social Security Compliances

Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF Act, 1952)

Employees’ State Insurance (ESI Act, 1948)

Gratuity Act, 1972

Maternity Benefit Act, 1961

Occupational Health, Safety & Welfare

Factory medical check-ups & health records

Fire safety compliance, emergency drills, first aid

Canteen, crèche, restrooms, drinking water facilities

Compliance with POSH Act (Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, 2013) – Internal Complaints Committee formation

Industrial Relations & Legal Compliance

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 – Handling layoffs, retrenchment, strikes/lockouts legally

Standing Orders & disciplinary procedures

Trade union management & employee relations

Display & Registers

Mandatory display of abstracts (Factories Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, ESI, EPF etc.)

Statutory registers & muster rolls (wages, leave, overtime, accidents, fines)

Environmental & Other Compliances

Pollution control board approvals (Air, Water, Hazardous Waste)

Energy conservation & sustainability records
