Plant Maintenance Manager

The Plant Manager will lead and oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse departments operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management-preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Overall Supervision
  • Lead and manage all plant departments, including Production, Quality, Laboratory, Warehouses, and Maintenance.
  • Ensure effective coordination between departments to achieve overall plant objectives.
• 2. Production
  • Develop and execute production plans aligned with sales forecasts.
  • Monitor and control production performance against established KPIs.
  • Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements.
• 3. Quality & Laboratory
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with international and local standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
  • Supervise laboratory testing to ensure product conformity and consistency.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems and processes.
• 4. Warehouses
  • Manage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory operations.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, issuing, and periodic stock audits.
  • Maintain safe, organized, and efficient storage practices.
• 5. Maintenance
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment.
  • Ensure minimal downtime through efficient breakdown management.
  • Support the implementation of maintenance best practices and systems.
• 6. Management & Development
  • Develop, train, and motivate staff across all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to senior management.
