Plant Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance, reliability, and operational performance of our production facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in mechanical engineering , preventive maintenance , and project execution within the FMCG, beverage, or food manufacturing sector .

He will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, implementing TPM strategies, managing maintenance budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s operational excellence goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B-Tech or equivalent).
• Diploma in Precision Mechanics & Instrumentation (preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of industrial experience , including 5+ years in a managerial or senior supervisory role .
• Hands-on experience with Krones, KHS, Sacmi, Angelus, Ferrum, and SMI equipment preferred.
• Proven record in SAP PM Module or other ERP-based maintenance management systems .
• Strong knowledge of TPM , Lean Maintenance , and Reliability Engineering principles .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Microsoft Office , and technical documentation.
