Plastic Bottle Screen Printing Operator

Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up screen-printing machines (automatic or semi-automatic) according to job specifications.
• Install screens, squeegees, inks, and fixtures for different bottle sizes and shapes.
• Adjust machine parameters such as speed, pressure, curing temperature, and alignment.

Production & Printing

• Operate screen-printing machines to print logos, text, and graphics on plastic bottles (PET, HDPE, etc.).
• Ensure accurate color matching and ink consistency for each production batch.
• Conduct test prints to check registration, alignment, and print quality before full production.
• Monitor production flow to ensure smooth, continuous printing.

Quality Control

• Inspect printed bottles for defects such as smudging, misalignment, color inconsistency, pinholes, or incomplete prints.
• Maintain high-quality standards according to customer specifications.
• Reject or correct defective products and record quality issues.

Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine cleaning of screens, machine parts, and work area.
• Handle inks, chemicals, and solvents safely following company safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major mechanical faults to maintenance teams.

Documentation & Reporting

• Keep daily production logs, including quantity printed, defects, and material usage.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and work orders accurately.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, quality control, and maintenance teams.

Material Handling

• Prepare and mix inks according to required Pantone shades.
• Load/unload plastic bottles on the conveyor or printing jigs.
• Maintain inventory of inks, screens, squeegees, and consumables.

Timing: 9:00am to 6:00pm
