Playcare Pro (aka Childcare Provider)

Overview

Bizi Kidz® Greensboro is seeking energetic and caring team members to join our Playcare family! We provide flexible, drop-in childcare for children ages 1–11, and our goal is to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can play, explore, and make new friends. If you love working with children, enjoy playful activities, and want to make a difference for families in our community, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Lead and participate in play-based activities (arts & crafts, games, pretend play, active play, etc.).
• Change diapers and support children with potty training as needed.
• Administer snacks while being mindful of allergies and dietary needs.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and welcoming environment for children of all ages.
• Communicate with parents at drop-off and pick-up, ensuring they feel confident about their child’s care.
• Support children in their social, emotional, and behavioral growth using positive guidance techniques.
• Keep play areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide the best experience possible.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children (childcare, camps, babysitting, church nursery, parenting, etc.) is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor with both children and parents.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to different situations.
• Patience, empathy, and a love for working with children.
• Evening and weekend availability is a plus, especially Friday and Saturday evenings.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
