CRC is expanding and seeking a commercially sharp Plot Specialist to join our high-performing Industrial team.

This role focuses on development plots, industrial land and mixed-use opportunities — a high-value, specialist segment where deal sizes (and commissions) are substantial.

If you understand land valuation, zoning, GFA and development potential, this is where your expertise converts into serious earning power!

The Role:

• Advise developers and investors on land acquisition and disposal
• Analyse zoning, buildable area and development feasibility
• Source on and off-market land opportunities
• Negotiate high-value transactions
• Build long-term relationships with developers and institutional investors
