Plumber

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water supply lines.

· Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.

· Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or maintenance needs.

· Respond to emergency plumbing calls, including after-hours or on weekends if required.

· Work with tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, and pipe insulation.

· Maintain an inventory of plumbing tools and supplies, ensuring that the vehicle is stocked with necessary equipment.

. Ensure compliance with safety and facility maintenance standards

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a plumber (certification or apprenticeship may be required)

· Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.

· Ability to handle physical work and heavy lifting.

· Preferably from a facility management background

· Capable of troubleshooting and repairing pipe networks, valves, and pump systems

. Experience working with chiller panels, pumps, and related plumbing systems
