Plumber – Facilities Management

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage systems.
• Perform plumbing works at both domestic and industrial levels.
• Handle installation and maintenance of pipes (PPR, PVC, GI, Copper) and sanitary fixtures.
• Detect leaks and perform troubleshooting of plumbing issues.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret basic plumbing drawings and layouts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Plumbing (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry.
• Preference will be given to Gulf-experienced candidates.
• Ability to perform domestic and industrial plumbing tasks.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills (spoken).
• Good understanding of safety practices and proper tool handling.
