Plumbing Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Draftsman to prepare accurate shop drawings and coordination drawings for plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and installation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare plumbing shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings
• Develop drawings for water supply, drainage, sewer, storm water, and sanitary systems
• Coordinate plumbing drawings with architectural, structural, and other MEP services
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Assist engineers with material submittals and technical documentation
• Maintain drawing registers and proper documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Plumbing Drafting or related field
• 5-8 years of experience as a Plumbing Draftsman
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Experience in plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings
• Good knowledge of plumbing design standards, symbols, and installation practices
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail
