Plumbing Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman with strong site supervision skills and experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for supervising plumbing teams, coordinating site activities, and ensuring plumbing works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage plumbers and helpers on site.
• Ensure plumbing works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower accordingly.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades (MEP, civil, etc.).
• Monitor installation of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
• Report site progress and issues to the project engineer.
• Conduct inspections and assist in testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of plumbing experience, with at least 3–5 years as a foreman.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, drainage systems, and water supply systems.
• Ability to read plumbing drawings and coordinate with engineers.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
