Plumbing Foreman

Job Overview
Elite Plumbing, Heating & AC is a growing plumbing and HVAC contractor known for delivering high quality work on commercial projects. Our team values professionalism, craftmanship and leadership. We are looking for a plumbing foreman to add to our team that would be responsible to oversee plumbing installations on construction projects and lead field crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing installation activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and specifications
• Lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a productive work environment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing installations
• Manage project schedules
• Monitor quality control measures to meet safety standards (OSHA compliance) and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout all phases of work
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and contracts to optimize resources and control costs

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising plumbing or construction crews on large-scale projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations
• Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining safety standards (OSHA certification preferred)
• Hands-on experience with plumbing installation techniques including pipefitting, pipe welding, and system testing
• Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting principles, and construction site safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
