Plumbing Manager

Team Enoch is seeking a high-level leader to oversee and grow our Plumbing Division.

This role is far more than managing technicians. We are looking for a business-minded operator who can lead the entire department including sales, service, installation, customer experience, team development, operational performance, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader, sharp communicator, operationally driven, customer-focused, and capable of building a high-performing team and scalable department.

This position works closely with company leadership and plays a major role in the future growth of Team Enoch’s plumbing division.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the plumbing department
• Drive revenue growth and profitability
• Oversee service, sales, and installation performance
• Manage and develop technicians and CSR staff
• Improve KPIs, customer satisfaction, and close rates
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Manage scheduling, workflows, CRM systems, and operational processes
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards
• Build systems and processes that support long-term growth

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in residential plumbing or home services
• Strong operational and business mindset
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
• Experience managing sales and customer service operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and KPI reporting
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
