Plumbing Supervisor

The Plumbing Supervisor oversees all plumbing installation and maintenance activities on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct plumbing installation work on construction projects including piping, fixtures, drainage systems, and water supply systems.
• Review plumbing blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper implementation.
• Assign tasks and manage daily work schedules for plumbing teams.
• Monitor progress and quality of plumbing work to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local plumbing codes.
• Inspect plumbing installations and perform quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing installations or materials.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor hours, and work progress.
• Manage procurement of plumbing materials and tools, ensuring availability on-site.
• Conduct site safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Report on plumbing activities, challenges, and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and technical drawings.
