JASARA PMC is looking for a detail-oriented PMIS Administrator to join our team. As a PMIS Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Project Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring it meets the needs of project teams and stakeholders. You will support the implementation and usage of PMIS tools, ensure data accuracy, and provide training and assistance to users to enhance their understanding of the system.
Responsibilities::- Maintain and update the PMIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of PMIS tools and software.
- Provide technical support and training to project team members on PMIS functionalities and best practices.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support project management decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and refine PMIS workflows and processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and maintain user documentation, including guides and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding data management and reporting.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices related to PMIS.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management systems administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of PMIS tools and software, including data management and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and supporting users effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.
